TPW "Wilbarger" Paddling Trail Launch & 40th Annual USCA Aluminum Nationals Saturday September 27, 2008 Fisherman's Park -- Bastrop, Texas Last year an estimated 300+ paddlers were on the River and 3,500+ attended the Festival. We are excited to host another great event in 2008 that will include the launch of our second TPW trail - the "Wilbarger Paddling Trail" from Hwy. 969 to Fisherman's Park. We are also priviliged to cooperate with the US Canoe Association and the to bring the 40th Annual Aluminum National canoe race to Texas. They will race the Wilbarger Paddling Trail on Saturday and Sunday. Special events and local fun races are also being planned.
